Despite having all the basic needs covered, the rooms needed to be reached via steps which was inconvenient especially for my wheelchair-bound son. The service, however, was exceptional with Mr Suraj being very helpful. The location was good with spacious rooms and a peaceful atmosphere close to the town. On the downside, the dining experience was average with inedible food not matching the hotel's brand. The facility needs improvement.
